I think you are asking this question because you don't want to believe you cheated on your wife. If your wife went to get a pedicure and the guy "finished her off" after massaging her legs and feet would you consider her cheating? I am not trying to be rude, but think about what you are asking and think if it is normal for someone other than your wife to "finish you off" in your married life.
